Our primary package is our regular bookkeeping service.  We can assist your business with our full range of bookkeeping services weekly, fortnightly, monthly or quarterly.  This package includes all or some of the following, and will depend on your specific requirements:

Included in our regular bookkeeping service are four 15 minute bookkeeping support phone calls per month.

Business Activity Statement / BAS Preparation

Advanced Bookkeeping & Consulting is a Registered BAS Service Provider (BSP) with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).  By being a registered BSP we can prepare and lodge your monthly, quarterly or annual BAS online using the BSP Portal on the ATO website.

This service also includes:

• Preparation and checking your Goods And Services Tax (GST) Activity Report.
• Calculating and reconciling your Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) Withholding amount.
• Review/calculating your PAYG Installment amount.
• Reconciliation of your GST Collected and GST Paid accounts.

Budget Development and Budget Management

Need to set yourself some financial goals?

Are you having difficulty managing your cash flow?

Advanced Bookkeeping and Consulting can provide you with our budget development and management service.

This service includes:

• Meeting with you to discuss your financial goals and commitments (current and planned).
  
  
• Quantifying these financial goals / commitments into a realistic monthly budget.
  
  
• Uploading your monthly budget into your financial system (such as MYOB).
  
  
• Setting up / Preparing monthly financial management reports based on your information needs.
